Emission Gas Cleaning

The DH 2100 - CE (T 100) is a vane type mist eliminator used for many applications with horizontal gas flows. The vane is suited for low to high gas velocities and eliminates very fine droplets. This vane type separator can be configured to most individual performance demands using various pitchesand it provides energy saving operations due to the very low pressure loss.
The DS 8200 avoids stack rain efficiently. It is a spin vane separator removing droplets out of both - vertical and horizontal - gas flow directions. It removes a coarse particle spectrum, thus it can handle gas flows with plugging risks.
The DS 8300 avoids stack rain efficiently. It is a spin vane separator removing droplets out of both - vertical and horizontal - gas flow directions. The equipment has specially been designed to separate larger amounts of coarse droplets from gas streams in higher gas velocities.
Design I – The classical design. One single stage or 2 superposed V shaped units on 2 support layers. Flushing systems are installed on either up- and/ or downstream side of the misteliminators.
Design II – Better usage of washing liquids. Two superposed units with 2 counter oriented V shaped units. The washing liquid of the upper stage drains through the lower level, thus a better usage of the washing water is achieved. Less installation height is needed than for Design I.
Design III – Minimized height and single support beam layer. Two superposed units forming a diamond structure.
The DV 270 (T 271) droplet separator is a vane type separator for vertical flow. Used in many different applications the DV 270 became the so called 'all-rounder'.
The DV 880 mist eliminator is a vane type separator for vertical gas flows. The DV 880 is typically used as 2-stage mist eliminator for medium to high liquid loadings, but it can also be applied to low liquid loads.
