This is an interesting and varied role, requiring you to take overall responsibility for the management of a team, building and maintaining effective customer relationships, whilst successfully motivating a team. Proactive, highly motivated and approachable, you will demonstrate experience of staff management, combined with a track record of being accountable for profitability and targets, and the ability to inspire your team to deliver a customer service that is consistently world class.

 

Ideally you will have building or restoration experience with strong organisational ability which is matched by excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to use initiative in problem solving which will be assisted by a flexible attitude and the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
