Key Accountabilities
· Carrying out leak detection jobs covering all regions as required
· Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly, in line with quality procedures
· Ensuring all equipment is serviced correctly, in line with quality procedures
· Liaising with customers
· Moisture surveys and writing technical reports
· Progressing outstanding estimates
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent communication and customer-facing skills, along with the ability to deliver accurate and efficient assistance and to deal with any queries promptly and efficiently. Ideally you will have previous building services experience, a plumbing background would be an advantage but not essential, experience of water damage restoration would also be an advantage. But more importantly you will be highly self-motivated, team-orientated with a flexible can-do attitude.
