Energy Surveyors and Senior Energy Surveyors (a number of vacancies across England and Wales)
Our Property Damage Prevention services are designed to identify areas of concern throughout a buildings infrastructure with minimal cost and disruption. To complete our offer, we are now entering the Energy Performance Certificate market and need to recruit a number of individuals to deliver this service which will include energy leakage and air pressure testing.
Key Accountabilities:
Be a Munters ambassador providing expertise for commercial, domestic and building markets
Undertake energy assessments to domestic/commercial buildings:
· Producing the energy performance certificate in adherence to the European Directive 91/EC/2002
· Undertake Thermographic building inspections for energy losses
· Undertake air tightness testing to comply with the Part L1a Building regulations
· Manage customer enquiries
· Accurately record all pertinent customer and building information and ensure Right First Time report production
· Sell Munters related services
Ideally from a building trade or energy background, successful candidates will need to demonstrate core IT skills in word, excel, lotus notes as well as commitment to train towards qualification in DipDea Level 3, Level 1-2 thermography and Level 1 air tightness testing.
